Eric is a corporate lawyer with decades of experience, including most recently as a Partner of a global law firm, advising domestic and international clients on a range of transactional and general commercial matters.
Eric has extensive experience advising on equity capital markets and M&A transactions across a range of industries, including project acquisitions and divestments.
Eric also regularly advises on corporate governance matters and regulatory matters, including on ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance.
Eric's additional experience includes advising on exploration, mining and oil and gas agreements such as earn-in arrangements, joint ventures, offtake agreements, royalty agreements and mineral streaming arrangements.

Harry is a corporate lawyer with broad experience in both private practice at a global law firm and as legal counsel for a leading ASX 200 mining company.
Harry's experience includes providing assistance and advice on strategic corporate acquisitions, capital markets, financing arrangements and general corporate governance matters.
Harry also has experience negotiating, drafting and advising on various mineral exploration agreements and general commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements, offtake arrangements, land access agreements and project/procurement arrangements.
